Currently The James Nomad, New York (which includes Scarpetta Restaurant and The Seville), is a prototype of future real estate according to the license agreement. Sonesta will rebrand two The Royal Sonesta properties from its managed portfolio to The James brand later this year – The Royal Sonesta Chicago River North and The Royal Sonesta Washington DC Dupont Circle.
